Main Services

myITS Portal

New students can access the myITS Portal via the address portal.its.ac.id using the NRP username and registration number password. This password is valid for first time access to myITS.

Students are advised to change their password after successfully logging into the myITS Portal for the first time. Changing the password can be done via the Manage Account menu on the myITS Portal and select the Change Password section.

Make sure to verify your alternative email and cellphone number in the Manage myITS Account menu.

Wi-Fi

The entire ITS academic community can use the Wi-Fi network on the ITS campus. Students can choose one of the Wi-Fi available around campus. Then go to myITS Portal and select Internet Access to connect to the internet.

SI Akademic

SI Academic (SIAKAD) is an ITS Academic Information System which contains academic information including student biodata, student transcripts, carrying out FRS and Trustees for taking courses, as well as submitting student letters.

The first time this is done when entering SIAKAD, new ITS students are required to verify student data and parent/guardian data at SIAKAD. The verification carried out is entering the student’s email and cellphone number, as well as the parent/guardian’s cellphone number.

ITS Student Email

For new ITS students, the system will automatically create an ITS student email address in the format: [NRP]@student.its.ac.id.

Example: 5012345678@ student.its.ac.id

To be able to access it, students need to access the myITS Portal first, and look for the Office 365 Portal menu. After entering the Microsoft 365 dashboard, look for Outlook to open email.

MFA Activation

MFA or multi-factor authentication is an account login process that requires users to enter additional information besides the password. Such as using a fingerprint or entering a code sent to a telephone number.

Microsoft 365 Services

ITS students have Microsoft 365 services which can be accessed via myITS Portal and select the Office 365 Portal menu. After students activate MFA, students can access Office 365. Access Office 365 using the ITS email username and myITS password.

VPN

myITS Classroom

myITS Classroom is a learning management system for lectures at ITS, which utilizes internet-based learning media that can be accessed by students anytime and anywhere.

Access to myITS Classroom is via my.its.ac.id and select myITS Classroom.

myITS Presensi

myITS Presence is an information system that handles student attendance at lectures.

Access to myITS Presensi is via portal.its.ac.id and select myITS Presensi.

myITS Wali

myITS Guardian is an application developed by the Directorate of Technology and Information Systems Development (DPTSI ITS) for digital monitoring of children’s study progress by parents/guardians.

The myITS Wali application can be accessed via the address https://wali.its.ac.id or via the myITS Portal and select myITS Wali.

Zoom Services

All ITS students have access to a Zoom license. For Zoom access guide, click here.

Lecturer can access the myITS Portal via the address portal.its.ac.id using the NPP/email as username.

myITS Presence is an information system used by lecturers to conduct attendance attendance for the courses being taught.

Meanwhile, myITS Worktime is used to carry out daily attendance.

ITS Email

ITS lecturers can access ITS email via the Staff Mailbox feature on myITS Portal.

Please note that the password used to log in to ITS email is the same as the myITS password. If the lecturer still has difficulty logging in using the old password, the lecturer can change the password via the Manage Account menu in myITS and select Change Password.

Make sure the lecturer has activated MFA to be able to log in to email. The MFA activation guide can be seen at the following link: its.id/PanduanAktivasiMFA.

Lecturers can see their ITS email in the main email column on the myITS Portal. If the main email has not been filled in, the lecturer can submit a request to fill in the main email via servicedesk.its.ac.id.

myITS Classroom

myITS Classroom is a learning management system for lectures at ITS, which utilizes internet-based learning media that can be accessed by students anytime and anywhere.

Through myITS Classroom, lecturers can plan lectures at each meeting.

Access to myITS Classroom is via my.its.ac.id and select myITS Classroom.
