Re-register MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is the process of removing the registered MFA authentication methods from a user's account, allowing the user to register new MFA authentication methods.

The MFA re-registration process is completed in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), with a maximum processing time of two (2) business days.
Re-registering MFA will not cause any of your data to be lost. This process only updates the authentication methods used to sign in to the myITS Portal.
If you no longer have access to your previous device, please submit an MFA re-registration request through the Service Desk.
Once the MFA re-registration process is complete, please set up MFA again.
Yes. To avoid MFA re-registration, you can add another authentication method on a different device through Account Settings → Multi-Factor Authentication in the myITS Portal. Make sure to do this while you still have access to the device currently used for MFA.
