Forgot Email Username —The email username for students uses NRP@student.its.ac.id Forgot Email Password — ITS email password uses the same password as myITS password. If the myITS password used is still detected as incorrect/incorrect, please change the myITS password in the Manage Account menu. Change your password regularly to increase the security of your email information.
