Description

This service is used to request the granting or revocation of user access to services and applications within the myITS environment, in accordance with the user’s roles, responsibilities, and authorized privileges.

Who Can Submit a Request?

Requests for granting or revoking access to myITS services may be submitted by Directorate of Human Resources and Organization, the head of the requesting unit, or the user, provided that an official letter from the unit and a valid appointment letter are attached.

Requirements

  • An official letter or approval from the authorized unit.
  • The name of the service or application for which access is to be granted or revoked.
  • The user’s full name, employee ID (NIP/NPP), and ITS email address.
  • The type of access requested.

Service Workflow

The user submits a request through myITS
and attaches a valid appointment letter.


The LTSI Team verifies the submitted information.


The LTSI Team grants or revokes access, depending on the request.


The LTSI Team notifies the user.

How Long Does It Take to Grant or Revoke Access?

The access provisioning or revocation process is completed within a maximum of two (2) business days after the request has been confirmed as complete.
