Community and Technological Camp, or CommTECH Camp, is an opportunity for students, academics, and professionals from around the world to learn about the community and global issues through a variety of fun activities but have in-depth learning. The CommTECH program includes courses, visits, and discussions with government and non-government institutions, social relations, Indonesian language courses, music lessons, traditional dances lessons, visits to tourism objects, and, of course, the delights of various Indonesian cuisines.
The aim of this program is to facilitate the opportunity to better understand ITS expertise in the application of technology in the community when visiting, discovering, and experiencing Indonesia’s diverse experience in cultural and cultural heritage. It also opens opportunities to exchange ideas and develop common goals for the future of communities.
Not just thematic learning, the Community and Technological Camp (CommTECH Camp) program will also create courses in Indonesian, traditional music, and dance and tub make. All courses are designed with exciting based on Project-based-Learning (PbL) systems. Material courses are guided by many credible sources and added with interesting data and facts that can provide a broader and deeper understanding of the topic. “Think loudly” is a term promoted in classroom interactions. The term is given to give participants a range of opportunities to explore participants’ insights and opinions. This method also provides the best environmental learning for participants from different countries and backgrounds to raise ideas and discuss different perspectives.
The Community and Technological Camp (CommTECH) program will be implemented for 14 days. The cost for this program is very affordable, which is about 1600 USD. The fee will include airport pickup, accommodation, and all consumption, local transportation, learning metrics, workshop, and material equipment such as cloth, T-shirt, backpack, and visit fee. All participants can also provide opportunities to present projects in CommTECH ideas and be able to discuss with experts during the program.
