WELCOMING THE RECTOR AT THE FACULTY OF INTELLIGENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (F-ELECTICS) FOR THE OPENING OF THE 62nd DIES NATALIS ITS

Arrival of the Rector and his entourage at the Information Systems Department, a stopover of the Faculty of Electrical and Intelligent Information Technology

 

The Faculty of Electrical Technology and Intelligent Informatics presents the work of F-ELECTICS students in the context of the opening of the 62nd Anniversary of ITS. The Information Systems Department is a stopover location of F-ELECTICS for the Rector and his entourage who are scheduled to tour nine faculties at ITS. The Rector and his entourage were greeted by the Kancet Ledo dance accompaniment by F-ELECTICS student representatives and the Vi-rose robot, a student-made robot.

Welcoming the Rector and his entourage in the context of the opening of the Dies Natalis at F-ELECTICS began with a drone flight carrying a greeting banner for the 62nd Anniversary of ITS. Furthermore, the event was entered in the welcoming session of the Dean of F-ELECTICS by Dr. I Ketut Eddy Purnama S.T., M.T. The event was lively with the appearance of the Dharma Wanita choir and chants sung by 30 representatives of F-ELECTICS students. The lively shouts were the closing of the event to bring the rector and his entourage back to continue their journey towards the opening of the 62nd Anniversary of ITS which was centered in the ITS Taman Alumni.

The opening ceremony of the 62nd Anniversary which was centered at the ITS Taman Alumni was attended by all ITS residents starting from the rector and his staff, lecturers, staffs, and student representatives from various faculties at ITS. The event was filled with remarks from the Rector, a choir from UKM PSM ITS, as well as regional dance performances which were also attended by all event participants. The excitement of the opening of the 62nd Dies Natalis ITS was felt very much considering that the continuity of the last two years of the Dies Natalis was held online due to the covid-19 pandemic.
