Acceleration of the development of the integrity zone has become an obligation to be implemented in all Faculties, for that the Faculty of Intelligent Electrical and Informatics Technology ITS is committed to realizing ELECTICS ITS as an integrity zone, by involving all elements in the ELECTICS ITS environment. As a Faculty with a Culture of Innovation, FTEIC continues to innovate services to suit the needs and expectations of users that continue to grow. The success of the development of the integrity zone must have a real impact and be felt by lecturers, education staff, students and the community, this is in accordance with the commitment of the leadership and all employees in the ELECTICS environment to provide excellent service, superior output, and become the best reputable Faculty.
The Faculty of Electrical and Intelligent Informatics Technology (ELECTICS) at the Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting the development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) as part of national bureaucratic reform. In the process of achieving the title of Corruption-Free Zone (WBK), one of the key aspects that has been a primary focus is Change Management.
Change Management is the foundational pillar in the development of the ZI. Its aim is to create a new work culture that is more adaptive, transparent, and professional, while also enhancing the awareness of all academic staff regarding the importance of integrity and excellent public service. At ELECTICS ITS, change management is not merely an administrative process but a collective movement to foster a genuine spirit of bureaucratic reform at the faculty level.
As part of the change management process, ELECTICS ITS has seen improved service efficiency, increased awareness of integrity among staff, and the emergence of a more collaborative and results-oriented work culture. The community has also begun to feel the positive impacts, such as faster, more responsive, and transparent services.
As part of its commitment to creating a clean and service-oriented bureaucratic environment, the Faculty of Electrical and Intelligent Informatics (ELECTICS) at the Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is actively building an Integrity Zone (ZI) toward a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK). One of the key areas of change in the development of the ZI is Administrative Reform.
Administrative restructuring is a strategic step to establish and improve systems, procedures, and operational standards that are more effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable. The goal is to create a modern bureaucracy that is responsive to the needs of service users, both internal and external. At ELECTICS ITS, administrative restructuring serves as the foundation for delivering high-quality public services by optimally utilizing information and communication technology.
The implementation of a more organized and digital administrative system at ELECTICS ITS has provided a number of tangible benefits, including:
With technology-based, transparent, and accountable administrative procedures, ELECTICS ITS is firmly advancing along the path of bureaucratic reform. This initiative not only strengthens the values of the Integrity Zone but also serves as the foundation for achieving excellent public service in the higher education sector. ELECTICS believes that good bureaucracy is bureaucracy that serves, not one that is served.
In an effort to support national bureaucratic reform and realize clean, accountable, and high-performing public services, the Faculty of Electrical Technology and Intelligent Informatics (ELECTICS) of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) has committed to building an Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM). One of the key components in the development of the ZI is the Structuring of State Civil Apparatus Human Resources (HR).
The structuring of HR aims to:
Through systematic and sustainable HR structuring, ELECTICS ITS has successfully built a professional and conducive work environment. This is reflected in the increased performance of employees, better public services, and a positive institutional image in the eyes of stakeholders. HR structuring is not just an administrative matter but is a critical foundation for creating a work culture that is based on integrity, professionalism, and service. With superior HR, the vision of ELECTICS ITS as a leading faculty in education and technological innovation will become more tangible.
In order to realize clean, effective, and service-oriented governance, the Faculty of Electrical Technology and Intelligent Informatics (ELECTICS) ITS is actively building an Integrity Zone (ZI) to achieve the status of a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM). One of the key areas of change in developing the ZI is Strengthening Performance Accountability.
Strengthening accountability is the process of ensuring that every organizational activity is conducted with responsibility and transparency, and can be accounted for to the public. Accountability also serves as a primary indicator of the effectiveness of organizational governance, especially in a higher education environment like ELECTICS ITS.
By applying strong accountability principles, ELECTICS ITS has shown significant progress in organizational governance, more targeted program planning, and increased transparency and service satisfaction. Accountability has not only become a control tool but has evolved into a collectively built work culture.
Strengthening accountability at ELECTICS ITS is a crucial pillar in realizing a professional, transparent, and results-oriented work culture. This serves as the main foundation for strengthening public trust and achieving the vision of being a leading faculty at the national and international levels.
In its commitment to realizing clean and accountable governance, the Faculty of Electrical Technology and Intelligent Informatics (ELECTICS) of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) continues to strengthen the implementation of its Integrity Zone (ZI) to achieve the status of a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM). One of the main components in building the ZI is Strengthening Supervision, which serves as a crucial pillar in preventing the abuse of authority, increasing compliance, and fostering an honest and open work culture.
Strengthening supervision refers to the systematic steps taken to ensure that all processes and activities within the organization are conducted in accordance with regulations and accountability principles. Strong supervision also encourages the realization of an anti-corruption culture and information transparency.
Strengthening supervision at ELECTICS ITS has fostered a cleaner, more open, and higher-integrity work environment. The level of compliance with procedures has increased, the potential for gratuities has decreased, and the academic community’s trust in the faculty’s services has grown.
Strong supervision is the main pillar of organizational integrity. Through consistent and participatory strategies, ELECTICS ITS strives to build a work system that is not only efficient but also free from deviations. This becomes an essential foundation for realizing excellent, accountable, and integrity-based public services.
As part of the effort to realize clean, effective, and service-oriented governance, the Faculty of Electrical Technology and Intelligent Informatics (ELECTICS) under the auspices of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) is consistently building an Integrity Zone (ZI) towards achieving the status of a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM). One of the main focuses in building the ZI is the Improvement of Public Service Quality, which is the primary face of the institution’s service to the community.
Improving public services means providing services that are fast, accurate, transparent, participatory, and responsive to the needs of service users—in the context of ELECTICS, this includes students, lecturers, educational staff, industry partners, and the general public.
Through the concrete steps above, ELECTICS ITS has created more efficient, responsive, and high-quality public services. The satisfaction level of students and stakeholders has increased, service times have become shorter, and complaints can be followed up on quickly and transparently.
Excellent public service is the face of organizational integrity. ELECTICS ITS proves that good service is not just an administrative responsibility, but a tangible manifestation of a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and public accountability.
