Materials Chemistry Laboratory

Materials Chemistry Lab was established in 2011, with the aim of facilitating practical activities and research related to material chemistry. The room is on MTL 342, 3rd floor of the Material and Metallurgical Engineering building. Materials Chemistry Lab facilitates Materials Chemistry practicum and Final Project  activities for S1 students and Thesis for S2 students on topics including nanotechnology, energy storage materials, carbon materials, ceramic materials, composite materials and electrochemistry. Materials Chemistry Lab has several research supporting facilities, including Horizontal Furnace, Muffle Furnace, Ultrasonic Cleaner, Centrifuge, Hot Plate and Magnetic Stirrer.
