Join Us This Summer for the Materials and Metallurgical Engineering Summer Program

Location: Materials and Metallurgical Engineering – ITS, Surabaya, Indonesia
Dates: July 27–31^th, 2026

Join the Materials and Metallurgical Engineering Short Program and immerse yourself in the exciting world of materials science and metallurgy. Hosted by industry and academic experts from around the Southeast Asia, this program offers seminars, practical industry visits in Indonesia, and engaging discussions with high school students. Plus, enjoy cultural activities and extracurricular events that enrich your learning experience. Discover new skills, expand your networks, and explore the innovative field of materials science in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Program Fee: Free of charge

Inclusions:

• 6 nights of accommodation and meals
  (Check-in: July 26| Check-out: July 31)

• Airfare
• Unspecified meals
• Health insurance
• Personal expenses

Eligibility for ITS Students

Open to all Diploma, Bachelor, and Graduate students from any batch.

 

Required Documents

Applicants must prepare and submit the following:

1. ID Card/Student Card Number
2. Passport Information Page (valid at least until July 2026)
3. Statement/ Recommendation Letter from Home University (Department/Faculty/International Office
4. One-page Motivation Letter/ Curriculum Vitae (CV)
5. Parental Support Letter
   (Signed, stating parental awareness and financial support – no specific format required)

Note: Incomplete applications will not be processed.

1. Combine all required documents into a single .zip or .rar file (PDF format only).
