According to ITS Regulation No. 16 of 2024, there are several UKT (Tuition Fee) reduction schemes:
Final Project (minimum semester IX, with 6 remaining credits), Article 6
Students who fail the Graduation Process (Yudisium), Article 6
Postgraduate students:
The UKT reduction schemes are provided in the form of reimbursements.
According to ITS Regulation No. 16 of 2024, Article 6 Paragraph a:
Students may apply for a UKT (Tuition Fee) reduction for the Final Project scheme if:
Minimum semester IX, and
Remaining 6 credits (SKS)
They will receive a 50% UKT reduction.

Family Card (KK), if the bank book is not under the student’s name
Applications are submitted collectively to the Student Association Secretariat by filling out a Google Form and uploading the supporting documents. If there are difficulties, contact the Administrative Unit (TU).
According to ITS Regulation No. 16 of 2024, Article 6 Paragraph b:
Students are eligible for UKT (Tuition Fee) reduction under the Study Leave scheme as follows:
Approved study leave before the semester starts: no UKT payment.
Approved study leave from the start of the semester until the end of week 4: UKT payment 20%.
Approved study leave from week 5 onwards: UKT payment 100%.
The process runs automatically; if there are any issues, contact the Finance Bureau hotline.
According to ITS Regulation No. 16 of 2024, Article 6 Paragraph d:
Students may apply for a UKT (Tuition Fee) reduction for the Internship scheme registered in the internship management application as follows:
Taking a maximum of 6 regular credits (MK) and transferring a maximum of 10 credits: UKT reduction 50%.
Not taking courses at ITS and transferring a maximum of 10 credits: UKT reduction 20%.
Taking ≥ 6 regular credits, or not taking courses at ITS and transferring >10 credits: UKT payment 100%.

Students may apply for a UKT (Tuition Fee) reduction for activities abroad under the following conditions:
Students receiving a full scholarship from a foreign partner:
Not taking courses at ITS: Non-IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree or IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree
Taking a maximum of 6 ITS credits: Non-IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree or IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree
Students receiving a partial scholarship (co-funded by ITS and the foreign partner):
Not taking courses at ITS: Non-IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree or IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree
Taking a maximum of 6 ITS credits: Non-IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree or IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree
Students not on a scholarship who participate in activities abroad for at least 3 months:
Not taking courses at ITS: Non-IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree or IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree
Taking a maximum of 6 ITS credits: Non-IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree or IUP/Joint Degree/Double Degree
Eligible students will receive a 90% UKT reduction.
Students who do not pay UKT at the Partner University are not eligible for a reduction.

Students who fail Yudisium for the first time: exempt from UKT payment in the following semester.
Students who fail Yudisium for the second time or more: required to pay 100% UKT in the following semester.

Students receiving the Kartu Indonesia Pintar-Kuliah (KIP-K) scholarship are eligible for a UKT (Tuition Fee) reduction as follows:
Semesters IX and X: exempt from UKT payment.
Semester XI and above: UKT payment is determined based on the evaluation of the parents’ or guardians’ financial capacity, and/or funding through partnership agreements evaluated by the Directorate handling Budget Planning.

According to ITS Regulation No. 16 of 2024, Article 7:
Students participating in JOINT DEGREE / DOUBLE DEGREE programs at Partner Universities abroad are charged UKT (Tuition Fee) as follows:
Students not required to pay tuition at the Partner University: UKT at ITS is 100%.
Students required to pay tuition at the Partner University: UKT at ITS is 10%.
Students whose academic activities at the Partner University require revenue sharing of UKT with ITS: UKT at ITS is 100%.

According to ITS Regulation No. 16 of 2024, Article 10 Paragraphs a, b, c, and d:
Postgraduate students may apply for a UKT (Tuition Fee) reduction under the Failed Graduation (Yudisium) scheme as follows:
Students who have completed all course loads in the current semester but are not yet entered into the Yudisium system: UKT payment for the following semester is 50%.
Students who have completed all courses including the Thesis but are declared failed in the institute’s Yudisium: UKT payment for the following semester is 50%.
Second-time Failed Yudisium: UKT payment is 50%.
Third-time or more Failed Yudisium: UKT payment is 100%.
Semester VII for Master’s Program and
Semester XIII for Doctoral Program, The payment percentage follows the UKT rate for new students.

According to ITS Regulation No. 16 of 2024, Article 10 Paragraph i:
Postgraduate students receiving the Fast Track scholarship are granted a UKT (Tuition Fee) reduction as follows:
Master’s Program students: exempt from UKT payment for a maximum of 4 semesters.
The process will proceed automatically; if there are any issues, students can contact the Administrative Unit (TU).
According to ITS Regulation No. 16 of 2024, Article 10 Paragraph j:
Postgraduate students receiving the Pendidikan Magister menuju Doktor untuk Sarjana Unggul (PMDSU) scholarship are granted a UKT (Tuition Fee) reduction as follows:
Exempt from UKT payment for 8 semesters in both the Master’s and Doctoral programs.
