The Housing and Settlement Laboratory at the Department of Architecture, ITS Surabaya, is committed to developing sustainable and resilient housing solutions to address Indonesia’s social, cultural, and environmental needs. Guided by a comprehensive research roadmap, the laboratory explores various areas, including kampung development, social housing and commercial areas, disaster mitigation management, and cultural heritage conservation, to support the creation of adaptive, inclusive, and livable communities.
