The education philosophy is based on National law of Higher Education and ITS statute, which is to educate, develop students’ abilities, and graduate students who are virtuous, excel in science and technology, noble and independent personalities, professional and ethical, have integrity and responsibility, and able to develop themselves and compete at the national and international level. These goals, along with the stakeholders’ needs form the basis of ELO formulation.
