Architectural Theory, History, and Criticism Laboratory (TSKA) The Architectural Theory, History, and Criticism Laboratory (TSKA) develops research through the integration of Architectural Theory, History, and Criticism, employing Local–Global approaches and Past–Present–Future perspectives. Through its research roadmap, the TSKA Laboratory focuses on strengthening theoretical foundations, deepening historical studies, and developing architectural criticism through three main pillars: 1. Theory & Philosophy Redefining Function in Architecture: Nature, Technology, and Humanity Architectural Theory, History, and Criticism in Practice and Design Aesthetics, Meaning, and Identity Architecture and Isms 2. History & Historical Studies Nusantara Architecture: Tectonics, Materials, Ornamentation, Structure, Construction, and Meaning Narratives, Textual Interpretation, and Ethnic Architecture Architecture as Text Architectural Historiography of Heritage Buildings and Artifacts The History of Pandemics and Architecture 3.
