Students writing a Final Project must first attend a Final Project Proposal Seminar. If deemed suitable for continuation, they can begin working on their Final Project.

The following is the process students must follow to participate in the Final Project Proposal Seminar (SEMPRO):

1. Register for the Final Project Proposal Seminar in MyITS Thesis.
2. Enter the Final Project Title, Field of Study, Laboratory, and Supervisors 1 & 2.
3. Upload the required documents for Final Project Seminar Registration (Sempro Draft; Form 2 of the Final Project and TOEFL certificate).
4. Contact the First and Second Supervisors to obtain approval as supervisors for MYITS Thesis.
5. The Head of the Undergraduate Program and the Undergraduate Academic Administration will schedule the SEMPRO and determine the examiners.
6. Submit the Final Project Proposal Seminar Draft at least two days before the seminar in the Lecturer’s Office or through the Academic Administration.
7. Students will participate in the Final Project Proposal Seminar (SEMPRO).
8. If the SEMPRO result is deemed “SUGGESTED TO CONTINUE,” students may continue working on their Final Project.
