The student resignation process at ITS is conducted online through the MyITS account. Students submit a request via the letter service, then download the resulting application form. The form must be signed with a stamp duty and also signed by the parent/guardian and the Head of Department, then submitted to the Department Administrative Unit for verification and scanning. The scanned file is forwarded to the Faculty, processed by the Academic Officer, given an agenda number, signed by the Dean, and stamped. The application form is then sent via MyITS to the Vice Rector I, with copies to the Directorate of Education (for undergraduate programs) or the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies (for postgraduate programs), as well as the relevant Department. After the Vice Rector I receives and disposes of the request, the relevant Directorate issues a Resignation Certificate signed by the Vice Rector I. This certificate is then sent back to the student, Department, and Faculty through MyITS, marking the completion of the entire resignation process.
