As part of its digital transformation in academic governance, the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) has implemented an online student academic leave application system through the myITS Academic platform. This initiative aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and convenience in academic services for all students at the vocational, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels.

Through this online service, processes that were previously carried out manually can now be completed more quickly and in an integrated manner. Students no longer need to submit physical documents to obtain approval from their academic advisors or deans. All stages—from application and verification to final approval—can be monitored directly through the myITS system.

ITS is committed to providing academic services that are adaptive to technological advancements and the needs of the academic community. With the implementation of the online academic leave system, it is expected that every student can submit an academic leave application more easily, orderly, and in accordance with the applicable regulations.
