Various types of classrooms serve as academic support facilities within the Department of Marine Engineering at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). One noteworthy example is the Letter L classroom, strategically positioned with a view of the Marine Park—a designated area where Siskal students congregate while awaiting lectures or engaging in light-hearted moments.

This classroom has received a grant from PT. EXXON MOBILE 1, providing funding for several key facilities and support systems. In the case of WA 102-103, primary facilities encompass wooden chairs and desks, a whiteboard, and a partition door between classrooms 102 and 103, which can be opened or closed based on the specific requirements of the class. Additionally, supporting amenities such as air conditioning and a large projector screen enable its utilization as a comprehensive educational platform for lectures involving a substantial number of students, exceeding 50 individuals.

Classroom WA 104 is situated adjacent to rooms WA 102-103, forming an L-shaped configuration that directly abuts the Department of Naval Architecture, Faculty of Marine Technology, at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). WA 104 is characterized by its elongated layout and modern design. This classroom has the capacity to accommodate approximately 80 students and is specifically designed with a contemporary theme focusing on ship engine technology.

The design of WA 104 incorporates an elongated layout and modern design, allowing it to host a substantial number of students, reaching around 80 individuals. The classroom’s theme revolves around contemporary ship engine technology. Furthermore, it has received a grant from PT. EXXON MOBILE 1, covering funding for both essential and supportive facilities. The classroom is aesthetically pleasing, featuring eye-catching elements such as the classroom walls, student and instructor desks, projector screen, and air conditioning. This design ensures a comfortable and conducive learning environment, contributing to students’ enjoyment and engagement during lectures.
