In carrying out its operational activities, the Department of Information Systems at ITS (DIS-ITS) has established an organizational structure that is aligned with the organizational structure of ITS. In implementing its programs, the Head of Department is supported by the Department Secretary, the Head of the Undergraduate Program (Bachelor’s Degree), the Head of the Graduate Program (Master’s Degree), the Head of the Digital Innovation Undergraduate Program, laboratory heads responsible for operational leadership within their respective laboratories, and the Head of the Administrative Affairs Subdivision, who assists in financial resource management.

In academic matters, the Head of the Undergraduate Program coordinates with the Heads of Course Clusters (Research and Expertise Groups/RMK Coordinators) in formulating and evaluating the curriculum.
