iStow is a semi-automated software for stowage planning. iStow for Container Ship was cooperating with PT Samudera Shipping Services – Jakarta, which is one of subsidiaries of PT Samudera Indonesia Group, Tbk.
The following features covered by iStow:
- Collaborative planning
- Automatic stability & strength calculation
- Automatic document produce
- Seamless integration
- Multi-OS
The variants of iStow that have been implemented:
- iStow-Container Ship
- iStow for container stowage planning
- iStow-RoRo Ship
- iStow for car, truck,other heavy equipment on RoRo/LCT. It was cooperating with PT Pelayaran Banyuwangi Sejati.
- iStow-Cargo Handling Simulator (CHS)
- Variant of iStow for maritime education and training. There are two versions: (1) iStow-CHS for trainer including designing training scenarios, trainee monitoring and control, assessment; and (2) iStow-CHS for trainee including simultaneous & collaborative planning, automatic stability calculation and automatic document produce. It was cooperating with Semarang Growth Center (SGC).
