PIT (Pertemuan Ilmiah Tahunan) HAGI is an annual event to connect geoscience enthusiasts and share ideas about the contribution of geoscience discipline in our nation development, especially in the sectors of natural resources extraction and management as well as hazard mitigation.
A lot of programs delivered in this events, such as Virtual Discussion Panel, and Student Competition. In student competition, student of Geophysical Engineering M. Archie Antareza win Best Poster Competition. The student who started studying in ITS Geophysical Engineering in 2018 bring a topic: UCSimITS: Uniaxial Compressive Strength Data Analysis and Finite Element Simulation using MATLAB for Building Material Assessment.
HAGI (Himpunan Ahli Geofisika Indonesia) is an association for Geopshyisicists in Indoensia, which has been established since 1976.
