Judicium and Graduation

To graduate from the Master’s Program, students must fulfil the following quality standards:

Requirement 1
Having completed the entire study load of at least 36 credits, including the thesis, within a maximum of 8 (eight) semesters.
Requirement 2
Having a cumulative grade point average (GPA) > 3.00, with no grades of D or E, and grades of C amounting to no more than 20% of the total required credits.
Requirement 3
Having published research results related to the thesis in a paper published in an accredited national scientific journal, or accepted in an international journal, or presented orally at a reputable international seminar. A reputable international seminar is an indexed international seminar attended by participants from more than 5 countries, whose papers will be published in indexed proceedings.
Requirement 4
Having fulfilled the English proficiency requirement with a TEFL score ≥ 477. A TEFL score (from the test at UPT Bahasa ITS) obtained at the time of admission to the same level of study may be recognised as a graduation requirement.

Students of master’s and doctoral programs conducted in collaboration with partner universities are declared to have graduated from the joint degree program upon fulfilling the following requirements:

Requirement 1
Having taken and passed at least 50% of the total credit load required by ITS, excluding the thesis/dissertation.
Requirement 2
Having taken and passed all courses required at the partner university through an equivalence process with the ITS curriculum system.
Requirement 3
Having fulfilled the scientific publication requirement and the foreign language score requirement.
