The Master’s Program in Engineering Physics at ITS is delivered over 4 semesters (2 years), with a maximum study period of 4 years. The credit load is at least 36 credits, including the thesis, in accordance with the curriculum. In the first two semesters, core courses are offered to build the main competencies of Engineering Physics expertise, together with the seminar for the thesis proposal to be undertaken. In the final two semesters, students are offered elective courses that may be chosen flexibly, adjusted to the chosen field of concentration and aligned with the theme of the thesis they will pursue.

The academic calendar for semester I begins in early September, while semester II begins in early February and ends in June. Academic activities include: lectures, assignments and independent study, laboratory work, literature study, and active participation in discussions and seminars.
