Master’s Students in the Electrical Engineering Program at ITS who are attending the Graduation Ceremony must ensure that all of the following academic and administrative requirements have been met:

1. All Courses within the Master’s Programme in Electrical Engineering at ITS have been completed.
2. The MyITS Thesis completion status for the Tesis Defense and Archiving Phase has been fulfilled.
3. The Final Thesis has been uploaded to MyITS Thesis – Archives in accordance with regulations.
4. Bebas Pustaka status has been fulfilled.
5. Publication Requirements have been fulfilled according to the Program’s stipulations.
6. Graduation Data Update must be conducted via SI Akademik.
7. Certification Application Prerequisites:
   • Draft ITS Diploma Writing using Proper Case.
   • If the Draft Diploma is correct, click Permanen.–> Portal ITS – SI Akademik – Update Data Wisuda.
8. The Greetings and Messages Video has been compiled with a minimum duration of 2 minutes.
9. Filling out the Tracer Study Survey Questionnaire for Postgraduate ITS Graduates/Alumni:
