ISEP OPENS YOUR DOOR TO THE WORLD!

The International Student Exchange Program (VKU-ISEP) is designed to connect students and lecturers from universities worldwide through academic collaboration and cultural exchange. VKU-ISEP fosters an open mindset and essential soft skills to help students adapt to an international environment and grow into true global citizens.

Program Schedule (Tentative)

Day 1 – June 23, 2025 (Monday)

• Arrival of international delegations at Da Nang International Airport

• Transfer to accommodation (Hotel / Dormitory)

• Short city tour in Da Nang (Dragon Bridge, Han Market, etc.)

• Dinner and rest

Day 2 – June 24, 2025 (Tuesday)

• Welcome session and opening ceremony at VKU

• Parallel meetings:

  • Faculty/staff meeting and discussion session

  • Ice-breaking and group assignments for students

  • Program overview and Q&A session

  • Language and culture exchange activities

• VKU campus tour

• Welcoming dinner

Day 3 – June 25, 2025 (Wednesday)

• Innovation and startup training sessions (Design Thinking)

• City excursion: Da Nang Museum and Linh Ung Pagoda

• Outdoor team-building activities

Day 4 – June 26, 2025 (Thursday)

• Continued innovation and startup training sessions (Business Model Canvas, Teamwork Skills)

• Extra cultural and creative activities

• Visit to Thanh Ha pottery village (traditional craft village)

Day 5 – June 27, 2025 (Friday)

• Startup skills training (Pitching skills and final preparation)

• Demo Day: Team presentations and idea showcase

• Program summary and official closing ceremony

• Gala dinner with all participants

Day 6 – June 28, 2025 (Saturday)

• Full-day excursion to Ba Na Hills

• Group dinner in Da Nang city

• Return to accommodation

Day 7 – June 29, 2025 (Sunday)

• Check-out and transfer to Da Nang International Airport

• Departure of international delegations

VKU Dormitory
The VKU dormitory spans nearly 4 hectares with three 5-floor blocks, accommodating up to 4,000 students. Each room hosts 8 students, equipped with bunk beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, and private bathrooms, fully meeting the boarding needs of students.

Eligibility

Open to all ITS undergraduate and master’s students (any batch).

Required Documents

• Curriculum Vitae (CV)

• Scanned passport (valid at least until 1 June 2026)

• Scanned ITS Student ID

• English proficiency certificate (equivalent to CEFR B2 – TOEFL ITP/iBT, IELTS)

• Signed Statement Letter (downloadable via bit.ly/its-short-program)

• Motivation Letter (1–2 pages explaining your interest and suitability)

• Proof of minimum 4 Stamps-4-IT or GCW/GCA/GCW-IUP certificate (minimum grade C; IISMA Test GCW not accepted)
