Service process for requesting MoU documents with government / BUMN / private agencies

1. Partner submits MoU request
2. DKPU records and processes MoU requests
3. DKPU drafts the MoU and sends it to partners
4. Partners fill in the data on the draft MoU and return it to DKPU
5. DKPU submits draft to ULHP for review
6. DKPU receives the review result from ULHP
7. DKPU Director checks and initials the draft MoU
8. Vice Chancellor IV gives his signature to the draft MoU
9. ITS Rector checks and gives signature to the draft MoU
10. If through a ceremonial process, DKPU contacts UKP, the signing of the MoU is carried out jointly between the ITS Rector and the Partner
11. The MoU document is archived by DKPU and submits the draft to the Partner

You can access the project monitoring system through the myITS Project service , where in this service you can access important information from the project being carried out such as, disbursement status, list of cooperation contracts, details of cooperation contracts, etc.

DKPU can help you if you need bailout funds for your project by submitting an invoice together with the Team Leader of your project.

Disbursement process at DKPU

1. DKPU + Team Leader submits Invoice (1 day)
2. Partner Makes Term payment
3. myITS Project send SMS Notification to Team Leader
4. If the Team Leader approves, it will proceed to the Bureau of Finance
5. Disbursement to Team Leader Account (2-3 days)

PPN and PPh 23 will be paid by the Partner (Wajib Pungut), then ITS will request proof of deduction from the Partner. ITS will assist the project team with tax deductions and will upload the proof of tax deductions to myITS Project

For Non-Mandatory PPN and PPh 23 will be paid by ITS. For PPh 23, in some specific cases it is directly deducted by the partner, and ITS will ask for proof of deduction / proof of payment

For PPH21 there are 2 conditions

• Condition 1: team leader pays Income Tax 21 by himself/herself
  • tax amount according to the honorarium recap made by the team leader
  • Request e-billing to DKPU
  • Make tax deposits to the bank
  • Request proof of deduction to DKPU
• Condition 2: payment made by ITS
  • Disbursement funds will be withheld at the cost of personnel tax
  • DKPU will create a tax payment letter and issue a withholding slip after the tax has been paid to myITS Project

Confirm the choice of payment method: Through myITS Project system (option not agreed or by direct confirmation to DKPU)

If the project is from a government agency funded by APBN/APBD, it will require a process-based SPJ which will require more detailed requirements such as physical evidence of payment. This is needed because there is an audit process from BPK

for projects from BUMN, individuals / private sector, it will require output-based SPJ such as analysis reports etc.

After Team Leader Upload Final Report + Executive Summary, BKD will be automatically generated by the system and can be downloaded (integrated with myITS Kepegawaian).
