ITS Property is an an activity support unit that handles various services at ITS, including residential needs (dormitories and guesthouses), sports facilities (sports centers), and meeting venue requirements (Graha Sepuluh Nopember ITS and Robotics Center).
Graha Sepuluh Nopember ITS is the perfect venue for your special moments, with convenient and easily accessible facilities and access from various directions. Graha Sepuluh Nopember offers building rentals for various events, including weddings, graduations, meeting rooms, and other excellent amenities.
ITS Guesthouse is available in two types, namely the Bougainvillea Guest House and the Jasmine Guest House. The Bougainvillea Guest House is located at Teknik Arsitektur Street Blok H-8, 10, 12 (ITS Lecturer Housing Complex), while the Jasmine Guest House is situated at Teknik Sipil Street Blok I No. 19 (also in the ITS Lecturer Housing Complex).
ITS Sports Facilities (Fasor) are places where sports enthusiasts receive special support. Stadiums and fields are available for those who enjoy sports such as soccer, futsal, and basketball. Other sports arenas are also available for tennis, rock climbing, and indoor studios for badminton.
The dormitory is a rental housing facility provided for students to stay during their studies at ITS Surabaya. Under the management of the Directorate of Cooperation and Business Management (DKPU), the dormitory is designed as a platform to support students' self-development and personal character building. Located within the ITS Sukolilo campus area and supported by adequate facilities, student dormitories are a choice for comfort and security while pursuing academic success at ITS Surabaya.
ITS Robotics Center is established to advance research in robotics technology to address various challenges in the industrial revolution. Laboratory of Robotics Center was established at the end of 2009 and began active operation on December 14th 2010, after it was inaugurated by Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. To date, the ITS Robotics Center has four operating laboratories. In addition to being a research center, the main hall of the Robotics Center can also be used as a multipurpose building.
