ITS Medical Center is a concrete manifestation of the commitment of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) to the well-being of the academic community, including students, lecturers, and staff, as well as the surrounding community. Starting from the ITS Health Clinic, which has been operating since 1982, this facility officially evolved into ITS Medical Center in 2006. ITS Medical Center now offers more diverse health services: ranging from routine check-ups and basic medical treatment to emergency services and health education. Its presence not only supports the creation of a healthy and conducive campus environment but also provides access to quality health services for the people of East Surabaya. Furthermore, ITS Medical Center is supported by reliable and experienced professional health workers and has the ability to handle health issues according to their field of expertise.
General Clinic The general clinic provides medical consultations and physical examinations directly by general practitioners. This clinic handles patients' initial complaints and refers patients to specialist clinics if necessary. Opening Hours: Monday - Friday : 08.00-20.00 WIB
Emergency Unit The Emergency Unit at ITS Medical Center is ready to provide immediate medical care for urgent conditions that require prompt attention.
Dental Clinic This dental clinic offers dental and oral health services, such as check-ups, scaling, cavity treatment, and other complaints. All services are handled directly by professional dentists. Opening Hours: Monday - Friday : 08.00-15.00
Maternal and Child Health Center MCHC focuses on maternal and child health services. Services provided include 2D ultrasound, pap smears, breast self-examination, and other maternal-child health services. Opening Hours: Monday - Friday : 08.00-15.00
Psychology Clinic The psychology clinic at ITS Medical Center provides mental health services including psychological evaluations, individual counseling, couples and family therapy, and other mental health support. Opening Hours: Monday - Friday : 08.00-15.00
Pharmacy The ITS Medical Center pharmacy provides prescribed medications and other health-related products to all clinic users. Opening Hours: Monday - Friday : 08.00-20.00
