The ITS Sukolilo Campus is the main campus of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya, which is located on Jalan Raya ITS, Sukolilo sub-district, which is one of the eastern districts of the Capital of East Java Province, Surabaya City.

The ITS Main Campus has an area of 187 hectares and continues to experience improvements and additions to its facilities.

To optimize the management of assets owned by ITS, through the DKPU asset cooperation service, ITS provides opportunities for partners, both in the form of ministerial institutions, agencies, and the private sector to cooperate in carrying out activities that utilize assets and facilities on the ITS campus.

Taman Melati Apartment is an apartment located in East Surabaya developed by PT Adhi Persada Properti. Based on the Cooperation Agreement between Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember and PT Adhi Persada Properti number 2362/PKS/ITS/2022 Article 3 Paragraph 2.a, ITS can utilize existing residential units in Taman Melati Apartment, ranging from getting special prices for residential units, access to apartment facilities, to selling residential units.
