Tracer Study is a method used by several higher education institutions in Indonesia, specifically to obtain feedback from alumni. The feedback obtained from alumni is needed by higher education institutions for evaluation in order to develop educational quality and systems.

Alumni User Satisfaction
The User Satisfaction Survey is a survey conducted to observe and measure the level of satisfaction of the Business and Industry World regarding the performance of ITS Alumni. User satisfaction evaluation points cover three main areas: hard skills, soft skills, and internal-external factors. The following are reports from the Alumni User Satisfaction Survey conducted by the ITS Career and Entrepreneurship Development Center.
