DUDI Internship

The DUDI Internship Program is an initiative aimed at bridging the gap between academic education and the working world by providing students with the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during college within the context of the industrial or business world. This program connects higher education institutions with companies or industrial organizations to provide practical experience relevant to the field of study being pursued. DUDI Internship Program Objectives: 1. Provide real-world work experience for students 2. Enhance skills and competencies required in the industry 3. Help students prepare themselves to enter the job market 4. Build beneficial professional networks for the future 5. Improve the quality of graduates by integrating theory and practice

Internship Vacancies

  General Guide

The implementation of the DUDI Internship Program refers to Permendikbud No. 53 of 2023, Permendikbud No. 63 of 2024, and ITS Rector Regulation No. 23 of 2021.
The implementation of the DUDI Internship Program DIFFERS from taking Practical Work/Internship Courses.
The DUDI Internship Program consists of Credit Conversion (SKS) Internship and SKEM Conversion Internship.
The implementation of the DUDI Internship Program MUST be conducted offline (WFO).
The internship duration is a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.
The DUDI Internship Program is intended for active ITS undergraduate (S1) and/or diploma (D4) students.
During the Internship Program, students are granted permission to work full-time off-campus in accordance with applicable agreements and regulations.
For Credit Conversion Internships, students MUST perform course credit conversion aligned with Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK) matching the Internship Job Description (Activities).
Students must be mentored by a Field Mentor (Industry Partner) and an Academic Advisor (Department/Study Program).
Prior to the Internship Program implementation, the Industry Partner and ITS MUST issue and ratify an Internship Program Cooperation Agreement (PKS). (Referring to the 2024 Kemdikbudristek Internship Guide and ITS Rector Regulation No. 23 of 2021)

  Certified Internship and Independent Study (MSIB)

The Kampus Merdeka Certified Internship and Independent Study (MSIB) program provides students with the opportunity to hone and acquire skills, knowledge, and attitudes in the industrial world by working and learning directly on real projects or issues.

Off-campus learning experiences lasting more than 16 to 24 weeks with structured learning activities will be converted into Student Course Credits (SKS).

MSIB Batch 5 registration requirements for ITS students

Active ITS undergraduate (S1/D4) students who have not had or will not have their graduation/yudisium during the program period
Must have completed at least > 90 SKS (or completed semester 5)
Students are not allowed to take the same MBKM Internship Program (BKP) more than once. Students who have previously participated in an Internship Program (converted to SKS) are not allowed to reapply for an internship program (it is recommended to apply for other BKP programs, e.g., independent study)
Students are not allowed to take the same MBKM Independent Study Program (BKP) more than once. Students who have previously participated in an Independent Study Program (converted to SKS) are not allowed to reapply for an independent study program (it is recommended to apply for other BKP programs, e.g., internship)
Students participating in the MSIB Batch 5 Internship and Independent Study Program must undergo course credit conversion (SKS)

SPTJM Application Workflow

Download ITS SPTJM template at its.id/TemplateSPTJM5
Fill out the form and sign according to guidelines
Submit the completed form in PDF format with file naming SPTJM_Student Name_NRP to the link its.id/PengajuanSPTJM5
SPTJM will be processed within max. 4x24 hours and sent every 15:00 WIB to each student's WhatsApp number

Important notes :

SPTJM files not using the template will automatically be rejected or requested for revision
Adding signatures must pay attention to neatness and color synchronization
One duty stamp (materai) for one document (new stamp)
Strongly recommended to use e-materai to avoid rejection from Kampus Merdeka
Prohibited to modify, reduce, or add statement clauses
SPTJM revisions not complying with regulations will be communicated via WhatsApp

  GERILYA ESDM

The Solar Power Initiative Movement (GERILYA) Certified Internship and Independent Study (MSIB) Program is prepared by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to be implemented under Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

MSIB Gerilya is an internship program accelerated with learning experiences specifically designed based on real challenges faced by partners/industry.

MSIB Gerilya provides space for students to gain professional experience and develop skilled workers, particularly in the renewable energy industry. Graduating students are offered places and development programs to step into their professional careers.

GERILYA is intended for STEM students at least in semester 6 to join an independent study equivalent to 10-20 SKS (subject to University approval).

  Partnership Internship

The Partnership Internship Program is an internship program where recruitment is conducted independently by internship partners through collaboration with PK2 ITS and/or departments from recruitment through to formal legal processing.

This Partnership Internship Program can be pursued through:

Department Track
Where the department can initiate cooperation with internship partners and/or Internship Partners submit internship requests through the department. PK2 will assist with the formal legal process.

PK2 Directorate of Student Affairs ITS Track
Where PK2 can initiate cooperation with internship partners and/or Internship Partners submit internship requests through PK2 Directorate of Student Affairs ITS.

Execution of Partnership Internship Program

Internships are conducted for a minimum of 3 months up to a maximum of 6 months.
Internships can be conducted at any time according to the agreement with the Internship Partner.

  Independent Internship

The Independent Internship Program is an internship program initiated independently by ITS students. ITS students apply as interns directly to internship partners, and PK2 Directorate of Student Affairs ITS will assist in facilitating formal follow-ups.

Execution of Independent Internship Program

Internships are conducted for a minimum of 3 months up to a maximum of 6 months.
Internships can be conducted at any time according to the agreement with the Internship Partner.
