Students are required to report MBKM after completing the MBKM program (no later than 1.5 months after the regular value entry deadline closes) for value conversion to be carried out. Before value conversion, students must register for the program first at the start of the current semester, the process is in the link here. If you don’t register then your conversion will not be  recognized.

2. Certificate and Transcript Proof of MBKM Activities/Values
3. Activity Report
4. Activity Documentation (min 3 photos)

** NOTE:  

1. Students who take part in international student exchange (Outbound) activities MUST make an activity report (template can be downloaded here)
2. Students undertaking international student exchange (Outbound) MUST upload data on https://its.id/lapormbkm. These rules apply to students who convert courses or do not convert. If it doesn’t convert then form-3 is uploaded with a note that it doesn’t convert.
