Opening of Registration – Innovative Startup Incubation Program HETI – ADB 2025

Requirements:

1. Must be an Indonesian citizen.

2. One team per proposal/title.

3. Team leaders/members are not allowed to hold dual roles (i.e., be part of more than one team).

4. The team leader must be an ITS lecturer; team members may include lecturers, students, education staff, alumni, or external parties.

5. Each startup team must consist of 3–5 people, with at least 30% female members.

6. The proposed startup must have a product at least at Stage B (Technology and Funding): the product must be an industry-scale prototype ready for testing/certification, with a clear financial and production plan.

7. Business focus areas:

   • Maritime

   • ICT & Robotics

   • Automotive

   • Creative Industry

   • Other innovative sectors

8. The startup must not be registered under any other incubator.

9. The team must be fully committed to following all incubation processes set by the ITS Incubator and Innovative Business Services.

Registration Period: June 27 – July 11, 2025
Program Socialization: June 27, 2025
Administrative Selection: July 15, 2025
Presentation Selection: July 23–24, 2025
