Department of Geophysical Engineering ITS has successfully held a Guest Lecture by inviting Experts from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Muhammad Iksan Kiat, B.Eng, M.Eng, M.Sc. This event was held on Thursday, June 11, 2025, starting at 17.30-19.00 WIB.

Held at the ITS Geophysical Engineering Building, this Guest Lecture raised the topic “Discussion and Absorption of the Aspirations of the Young Golden Generation of ESDM to Realize the Mandate of the 1945 Constitution Article 33 Paragraph 3”. This event was enthusiastically attended by ITS Geophysical Engineering students, especially participants in the Well Log Data Analysis and Seismic Data Acquisition Processing courses.

The guest lecture was very active, several students asked questions to the resource person related with the topic.
Hopefully this guest lecture can inspire and broaden the horizons of ITS Geophysical Engineering students, especially in the national oil and gas industry.
