Undergraduate Program

Study Program	:	Bachelor Program in Engineering Physics (S1)
Accreditation	:	Excellent Accreditation (Unggul)
New Student Admission	:	Applicants who graduated from SMA/MA/SMK/equivalent with diplomas issued in 2024, 2025, and 2026 for the 2026/2027 Academic Year.
Legal Basis	:	Permendikbudristek No. 62 of 2023 on New Student Admission (SNPMB system).
Admission Pathways & Quota	:	1. National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP): 20% of the total quota 2. National Selection Based on Test (SNBT): 30% of the total quota 3. ITS Independent Selection (SMITS): 50% of the total quota
Study Load & Degree	:	Minimum of 144 credits (SKS) (scheduled over 8 semesters; 1 semester consists of 16 weeks of lectures and evaluation) Degree Awarded: Sarjana Teknik (S.T)
Study Stages	:	• Preparatory Stage: 36 credits (scheduled over 2 semesters) • Undergraduate Stage: 108 credits (scheduled over 6 semesters)

Master's Program

MASTER'S PROGRAM (S2) REQUIREMENTS
Academic Qualification	:	Graduate of a Bachelor's Program (S1) with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4-point scale) for the Master's Program, from a public (PTN) or private (PTS) university with a study program accredited at least B.
Letters of Recommendation	:	Have 2 (two) letters of recommendation (Download Form A01) from: • Head of institution (for those who are employed) • Former academic advisor of the bachelor's program • Senior lecturer with a minimum functional position of Lektor
English Proficiency	:	Paper-Based TOEFL/TEFL certificate with a minimum score of 450 from ITP or a public university (PTN) in Indonesia. May be replaced with IELTS (min. 4.5) or TOEFL iBT (min. 32). ITS TEFL test schedule: www.bahasa.its.ac.id / Tel. (031) 5990322 ext. 1221
Academic Potential Test	:	TPKA / TPA certificate with a minimum score of 400 from SPKB ITS (Tel. 031-5994255), BAPPENAS, or TKDA HIMPSI.
Selection Stages	:	Pass the entrance selection/test, which includes: 1. Written Test (Field Subject) 2. Interview
Academic Commitment	:	State willingness to comply with all academic and financial regulations/procedures applicable at ITS.
MASTER'S PROGRAM (S2) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
KAP & PIN Registration	:	Register for a Registration Access Code (KAP) and PIN through the SMITS ITS page by filling in your full name, date of birth, and a valid email. The KAP & PIN will be sent via email.
Registration Fee	:	Pay the registration fee of IDR 500,000.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) using the Payment Code via Teller/ATM/Internet Banking at Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BTN, or Bank Jatim. (Payment Guide PDF)
Online Form Completion	:	Log in to the SMITS Login Portal using your KAP and PIN to complete the online registration.
Required Documents	:	Prepare and upload the following files: 1. Recent 4×6 cm color photograph (white background, neat/proper attire, JPEG/PNG format, max 500 KB) 2. Bachelor's (S1) Diploma & Academic Transcript 3. 2 (two) Letters of Recommendation 4. TOEFL/IELTS Certificate & TPA/TPKA Certificate 5. Health Certificate
Registration Card	:	Save, print, and sign the online Registration Card. The card must be brought to the field subject test and interview. (The selected study program cannot be changed for any reason)

Doctoral Program

DOCTORAL PROGRAM (S3) REQUIREMENTS

International Students

OVERVIEW OF ITS INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSION
Study Program Levels	:	• Bachelor (S1) • Master (S2) • Doctoral (S3) • Vocational / Diploma Three (D3)
Language of Instruction & Language Requirements	:	• International Class: Uses English as the language of instruction. • Non-International Class: Uses Indonesian. Applicants are required to take 1 year of Indonesian language training at ITS. • Conditional Offer: Available for applicants who do not yet meet the language proficiency qualifications (English/Indonesian). Document Submission & Selection	:	The application letter and required documents are sent to the ITS International Office via email: intladmission@its.ac.id. Note: The ITS selection committee may conduct an interview via telephone/Skype if necessary.

Bachelor Program (S1)	:	1. Copy of High School/Equivalent Diploma (legalized by an authorized official of the home country). If not yet available, a Letter of Guarantee from an authorized official must be attached. 2. Copy of High School/Equivalent Academic Transcript (legalized). 3. Language Proficiency Certificate (valid for max. 2 years): • English Program: TOEFL iBT min. 64 / IELTS min. 5 / TOEFL PBT min. 510 (or a Statement Letter from the School Principal if the high school uses English). • Indonesian Program: Must pass the ITS internal Indonesian Language Test (written & oral). 4. Copy of a valid Health Certificate (max. 1 month old, from a doctor/hospital). 5. Motivation Letter (maximum 300 words). 6. Copy of Passport (valid for at least 18 months from the start of the program). 7. Formal Photograph (facing forward, formal attire, red background, without hat & glasses). 8. Letter of Financial Guarantee (parents/institution/scholarship) along with salary slip. 9. Letter of Recommendation. 10. International Student Application Form (completely filled).* 11. Master's Program (S2)	:	1. Copy of Bachelor's (S1) Diploma from an accredited higher education institution (legalized). Diplomas from non-accredited institutions are evaluated individually. 2. Copy of official S1 Academic Transcript (legalized). 3. Language Proficiency Certificate (valid for max. 2 years): • English Program: TOEFL iBT min. 64 / IELTS min. 5 / TOEFL PBT min. 510 (or a Statement Letter from the University if it uses English). • Indonesian Program: Must pass the ITS internal Indonesian Language Test (written & oral). 4. TUITION FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
Tuition Fee (SPP) per Semester	:	• Bachelor (S1): IDR 10,000,000 / semester • Master (S2): IDR 15,000,000 / semester • Doctoral (S3): IDR 18,000,000 / semester • Vocational Diploma Three (D3): IDR 10,000,000 / semester
Payment Deadline	:	Payment must be settled before the Academic Advising / FRS (Study Plan Form) week. • Odd Semester: 2nd or 3rd week of August. • Even Semester: 4th week of January or 1st week of February. Important: Students who do not settle payment before the deadline cannot fill in the FRS/register for courses in that semester.
