Regulations and Information

The Department of Engineering Physics has implemented effective regulations to support education from the undergraduate (S1) to the doctoral (S3) level. These regulations are not only academic in nature, but also include various SOPs (Standard Operational Procedure) that must be observed in activities within Engineering Physics.

Information on Online Student Letter Requests

Through the Circular Letter of the ITS Vice Rector I dated 19 November 2020, the ITS Directorate of Education opened the Online Student Letter service. Some of the letters served include:

1. Certificate of Active Student Status (issued directly)
2. Application for Temporary Study Leave (download the form)
3. Application for Resignation (download the form)
4. Application for a Student Card (Replacement KTM) for students enrolled before 2015

Students may access the “Layanan Surat Mahasiswa” menu in the ITS Academic Information System (SIM Akademik). The procedure for requesting these letters is by printing them through each student’s integra account, after first obtaining approval from the Directorate of Education officer, and as part of the administrative requirements for learning
