Keandalan dan Keselamatan Sistem

Laboratorium  Keandalan dan Keselamatan secara resmi telah berdiri sejak 1997 bertujuan untuk fasilitas tujuan akademis dan penelitian di kalangan Departemen Teknik Sistem Perkapalan, Fakultas Teknologi Kelautan. Aktivitas laboratorium meliputi beberapa profesor di berbagai bidang yang berkaitan dengan bidang keselamatan dan keandalan kapal, Doktor di bidang manajemen risk and safety engineering, maupun di bidang geotechnical dan marine engineering. Laboratorium ini juga ditunjang oleh para project assistants, kandidat mahasiswa Doktor, serta mahasiswa Sarjana dan pascasarjana (S1 dan S2). Komposisi yang tersedia memberikan jaminan untuk hasil riset dan layanan publik yang terbaik dalam hal kualitas, ketepatan waktu, dan penerapan.

Saat ini, Laboratorium keandalan dan keandalan merupakan salah satu pusat penelitian dan akademik terkemuka di bidang marine technology. RAMS laboratory juga telah diakui sebagai salah satu pusat studi risiko dan keselamatan maritim terkemuka di Indonesia, tidak hanya untuk akademik dan penelitian, tetapi telah melayani cukup banyak industri dan khususnya perusahaan minyak dan gas untuk layanan publik.

For research activity, the laboratory has been working together with Kobe University-Japan, The University of Tokyo-Japan, Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME R&D), PGN (R&D), SKKMigas, BPPT, STTAL Surabaya, and other prominent institutions. Graduated from Bachelor’s Degree of Marine Engineering Department, Faculty of Marine Technology, ITS in 1993. He continued his study in Master’s Degree Program in the Department of Marine Technology, University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK and completed in September 1997. Then, He graduated from Doctoral Degree Program of Marine Engineering in Kobe University of Mercantile Marine, Japan in 2003. In 2010, he awarded Professorship in Reliability and Safety of Marine System. His scope of research are Maintenance Management, Risk Assessment, Reliability and Safety of Marine System, and Simulation on Marine Hazard. He experienced in leading risk assessment of some oil and gas facilities belong to several companies in Surabaya, Papua, and East Kalimantan such as PHE-WMO, Petronas Carigali, HCML, Kangean Energy Indonesia, MCL, BP, Chevron, Eni Muara Bakau B.V., etc.

Then, He graduated from Doctoral Degree for Human and Engineered Environment, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2008. His scope of research are Marine System Safety and Reliability, Risk Assessment, Maritime Transportation, Maritime Logistics, Operation Research, Maintenance Management, Optimization and Simulation in Marine Applications. He experienced in participating in risk assessment of some oil and gas facilities belong to several oil and gas companies in Surabaya, Papua, and East Kalimantan (PHE-WMO, Petronas Carigali, HCML, Kangean Energy Indonesia, MCL, BP, Chevron, Eni Muara Bakau B.V., etc).

Graduated from bachelor’s degree of Department of Marine Engineering, Faculty of Marine Technology, ITS Surabaya in 1995. He continues his study in Master’s Degree in Port Management from World Maritime University (WMU) Malmo, Sweden and finish it in 2000. After that, he took Doctoral Degree in Maritime Logistics from Australian Maritime College (AMC), University of Tasmania (UTAS), Launceston, Australia and graduated in 2011. He is specialized in Maritime Transportation, Maritime Logistics, Port Management, Supply Chain And Risk Management. He is Currently active as lecturer in Department of Marine Engineering Faculty of Marine Technology, Surabaya.

 

Dr. Dhimas Widhi Handani, S.T., M.Sc.

Graduated from bachelor’s degree of Department of Marine Engineering, Faculty of Marine Technology, ITS Surabaya in 2009. He took Master and Doctor Degree Program in the Graduate School of Maritime Science and Technology, Kobe University, and has graduated in 2011 and 2014, consecutively. On 2011 he achieves “Best Paper Award” for Honorable Mention Award from IEEE Conference on “Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management”. His main field of expertises are System Dynamics Modelling, Maintenance Management, Reliability, Availability and Maintainability System. He is currently active as lecturer in Marine Engineering Department since 2014.
