HMPL is a Planology Student Association which was inaugurated on March 13, 2004 in the Architect building in room F-103. At present the HMPL secretariat room is in Room 104 of the Regional and City Planning Department, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, ITS Sukolilo Campus, Surabaya.

The Olympus HMPL ITS 2018/2019 cabinet was inaugurated on September 14, 2018 in room 104 of the ITS Regional and City Planning Department. The Olympus cabinet has a philosophy in which “Olympus” in Greek mythology means the house of the gods. Gods are identical with a variety of different forces. The Cabinet of Olympus HMPL ITS 2018/2019 is expected to be the home of various strengths that exist in the PWK ITS students to realize Our and Dynamic values
