Surabaya – The ITS Library once again presented an educational podcast titled “Smoother Thesis Submission with E-Thesis Delivery,” which was broadcast live on the ITS Library’s YouTube channel on Thursday (July 23, 2026). The podcast, which took place from 8:30–9:30 a.m. WIB, featured Anis Wulandari, A.Md., an ITS librarian responsible for the e-Thesis Delivery service, as the guest speaker, and was hosted by Eva Mursidah, S.I.Pust.

In the podcast, Anis explained that E-Thesis Delivery is an online service that helps the ITS academic community gain access to the full text of final projects, including undergraduate theses, master’s theses, and doctoral dissertations. This service was introduced as a solution to ITS’s repository policy, which enforces closed access to final project documents, while also supporting the needs of students—including those in distance learning programs—to access scholarly references easily and efficiently.

As the librarian in charge of the E-Thesis Delivery service, Anis shared important information about the application process, the do’s and don’ts of accessing the repository, and the various challenges faced in managing the service. She also offered tips to ensure that E-Thesis Delivery requests are processed smoothly without being rejected by staff members.

Through this podcast, the ITS Library hopes that the academic community will gain a better understanding of how to utilize the E-Thesis Delivery service as a resource that supports the process of writing final projects and conducting research. To conclude the podcast session, Anis encouraged students to make the most of this service. “Please take advantage of the ITS E-Thesis Delivery service, as it provides valuable support for the literature needed in writing final projects and conducting research,” she said.
