The Library of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) held an information session on e-Bebas Pustaka and myITS Printing on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. WIB via Zoom Meeting. The event was attended by 194 participants, all of whom were students nearing graduation.
The information session featured speakers from the ITS Library—Marsudiana, S.Sos., and Mujiana, S.Sos.—who explained the process and requirements for submitting an e-Bebas Pustaka request. Meanwhile, Ifa Faulina, S.Si., presented material on the myITS Printing service to provide an understanding of the mechanism for printing documents through the integrated system.
Throughout the event, the speakers took turns presenting the material and explaining the steps students need to take before submitting their e-Bebas Pustaka as one of the requirements for participating in the graduation ceremony. The discussion session was interactive, with participants asking numerous questions, particularly regarding common technical issues and application procedures.
Through this outreach initiative, the ITS Library hopes that students will gain a better understanding of the e-Bebas Pustaka application process and how to use the myITS Printing service, so that all administrative steps leading up to graduation can be completed accurately and smoothly.
