Calling all undergraduate students! Mariano Marcos State University warmly invites you to participate in the upcoming International Carbon Neutrality Expert Course 2026. Operating under the theme “Bridging Theory and Action for a Net-Zero Future,” this program is designed to empower young leaders to move beyond traditional lectures and master practical, real-world sustainability tools.

This 3-day program combines expert-led policy panel discussions with hands-on technical training to turn theoretical carbon neutrality goals into practical campus-based action plans:
Day 1 | Expert Panel – Global Policy & Climate Foundations: Engage in live dialogues with climate experts from Thailand, China, and across the Asia-Pacific. You will debate global policy, identify real-world emission challenges, and form your international team.
Day 2 | Workshop – Practical Carbon Footprint Calculation: A hands-on technical learning experience where “Theory meets the Calculator”. Learn from professionals how to utilize digital calculation tools to assess actual campus carbon footprints, gaining technical skills highly demanded in the global green job market.
Day 3 | Pitch & Present – Team-Based Action Planning: Bridge the gap between data and strategy. Synthesize your learnings to co-design and present a practical Campus Action Plan, receiving direct feedback from the panel of experts.

Participants who complete the program will earn a CNC Digital Certificate of Completion. Please note: 100% attendance is required to receive the certification.
