KMUTT is now accepting applications for the Spring Semester 2026 (January – May 2026) semester exchange program. 
Tuition fee is waived for accepted students.

Course Selection:
Exchange students applying to the Faculty of Engineering must take at least three courses from their home department.

Housing Options

On-Campus – KMUTT Heliconia House:

  • Approx. USD 500+ per month (excluding electricity and water)

  • Estimated from USD 200+ per month (excluding deposit and utilities)

Eligibility for ITS Students

The KMUTT Student Exchange Program is open to a broad range of majors and levels of study, including:

  • Diploma and Undergraduate (S1) students from batch  2023

  • Master’s (S2) students who have completed at least one semester

  • Students from various departments and faculties are encouraged to apply

  • Applicants must demonstrate strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

📌 Note: While the exchange program welcomes students from all academic backgrounds, some faculties at KMUTT—such as Engineering, Science, Architecture, and Information Technology—may have specific course availability or enrollment requirements. Course selections will be subject to KMUTT approval.


Important notes:

  • Students must arrive in Thailand at least two weeks before the semester begins.

  1. Learning Agreement

  2. CV (in English)

  3. Official transcript with ITS stamp and Directorate of Education signature (request via SIAKAD)

  4. Valid English proficiency certificate (choose one of the following):

    • TOEFL PBT ≥ 500 / iBT ≥ 35IELTS ≥ 5.0

    • TOEIC ≥ 580

    • DUOLINGO ≥ 100

    • TEFL ITS ≥ 500
      Note: TOEFL Prediction or Dirpendik scores are not accepted.

  5. Passport scan (valid until at least October 2026)

  6. Statement Letter: bit.ly/its-student-exchange
  7. Parent’s consent letter (in Bahasa Indonesia, confirming permission and financial responsibility)

  8. Screenshot of PDDIKTI profile (showing active student status)

  9. Certificate of Enrollment (request via SIAKAD; purpose: “applying for AIMS 2025”)

  10. GCW/GCA Certificate (mandatory)

    • GCW Non-Degree Certificate (minimum grade: C) or test result (minimum score: 80)

    • S2 students may use Stamp4It certificate (minimum 3 stamps)

Incomplete or late submissions will not be processed.
All applicants must consult with their parents and bring the consent letter to the interview.
