Dear ITS Students,

We are pleased to inform you that the application for the Fall Semester 2026 Student Exchange Program to Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), Viet Nam is now open.

This program provides ITS students with the opportunity to study at one of Vietnam’s leading universities while experiencing a new academic and cultural environment.

Program Details:

Host University: Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), Viet Nam
Program Period: September 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027
Tuition Fee: Waived
Eligibility:
- ITS Diploma/S1 students from batch 2024, 2023
- All S2 students
- Good academic standing
- S1 students must take and transfer the maximum credit opportunity

Accommodation: USD 100 – 800
Food: USD 200 – 300
Transportation: USD 10 – 150
Utilities: USD 5 – 15

Academic Transcript (English version)
Valid English Proficiency Certificate
- TOEFL ITP 500 / IBT 87 / IELTS 6.0 minimum
- Screenshots or prediction tests are not accepted
One Recommendation Letter from an Academic Advisor
Scanned Valid Passport (valid at least until February 2027)
Statement Letter (Download at bit.ly/its-student-exchange)
GCW Certificate:

GCW Non-Degree (minimum grade C)
OR GCW IUP Basic / Advanced
OR GCW Non-Degree Test Result (minimum score 80)

Parent Support Letter, signed, indicating awareness and full support of the program participation

Incomplete or late applications will not be processed.
