We are pleased to announce an opportunity for ITS students to join the Student Exchange Programme at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia for Spring Semester 2026. This programme allows you to study in Malaysia while experiencing its culture and hospitality.

  • Academic Calendar:
    • Classes Start: 9 March 2026
    • Classes End: 19 June 2026
    • Exams: 29 June – 14 July 2026

Fees & Expenses

  • Tuition Fee: Waived
  • Admission Fee: MYR 540 (~USD 122)
  • Student Pass & Visa Fee: MYR 1050 (~USD 237)
  • Accommodation:
    • Twin sharing (with AC): MYR 3120 (~USD 703) per semester
    • Quad sharing (female only): MYR 2080 (~USD 469) per semester
  • Estimated monthly expenses: MYR 800–1000 (~USD 180–225)

How to Apply

  1. Get nominated by ITS International Office before 15 November 2025.
  2. Submit application and required documents by 30 November 2025.
  3. Applications must be sent via ITS International Office to mobility@umpsa.edu.my.

Required Documents

  • Copy of the applicant’s passport information page (valid for at least 18 months from the intake date) 
  • Official Academic transcripts 
  • Passport-size photograph with a white background (guidelines)
  • Confirmation letter from the home institution (sample)
  • Application Form
  • Certificate of Enrollment
  • The latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score  TOEFL/EFL (min 477), TOEIC, Duolingo,  IELTS/IBT, or you can use TEFL score from UPT 
  • Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please get signature from your Head of Department at Coordinator Department section and please leave blank at Institutional Coordinator section.
  • Certificate of GCW minimum C (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program)
  • Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

Incomplete applications will not be processed.
