Providence University (Taiwan) is now accepting applications for the Spring 2026 Semester Exchange Program (February 19 – June 25, 2026).
This program is tuition-free, but selected students are responsible for the following expenses:
Learning materials
Independent quarantine (if applicable)
Dormitory and living expenses
Round-trip flight ticket
Visa fees
Facility and insurance fees
Open to ITS students:
D4/S1: Batch 2023
S2: Students from any batch
ITS students must take and transfer at least 10 SKS. Repeating courses is not allowed.
Available options:
Chinese language course (10 hours/week) + regular courses (11 credits)
Regular courses only, up to 21 credits

Gym: 700 TWD/semester or 1,200 TWD/year
Swimming Pool: 100 TWD/semester
Student Accident Insurance: 900 TWD/semester

PU General Health Insurance: 500 TWD/month
One semester (5 months): 2,500 TWD

Valid TOEFL/IELTS/UPT Bahasa certificate
TOEFL PBT: 500, IELTS: 6.5, TOEFL iBT: 75 (Prediction test not accepted)
Copy of passport (valid until at least February 2027)
Health certificate (issued within 3 months), including:
Rubella antibody/vaccination proof
Chest X-ray or TB blood test
PU Health Check Form
Three recent passport-size photos (name written on the back)
Study plan (major, academic goals, and reasons for choosing PU)
Financial statement (minimum USD 2,000, signed/stamped) – may be submitted after passing internal selection
Consent letter
GCW Non-Degree Certificate (minimum grade C) or test result (minimum score 80) – not required for S2 students
Statement letter from parents (in Bahasa Indonesia) confirming financial and emotional support – submitted during interview
