Adam Mickiewicz University (AMU) in Poznań, Poland, is pleased to announce that applications for the Fall Semester 2026 Exchange Program are now open.

Semester Dates: 1 October 2026 – 16 February 2027
Tuition Fee: Waived for accepted students

Please note that accepted students will be responsible for:

  • Roundtrip flight tickets

  • Travel insurance

  • Accommodation (dormitory or private rental)

  • Daily living expenses

  • Learning materials

Applicants must check Poland’s latest entry regulations before applying.

Accommodation and Cost Estimates

Dormitory Rent: 600–1300 PLN per month (approximately 105-306 EUR)
Student ID Fee: 22 PLN (approx. 6 EUR)
Public Transport Ticket (5 months): 210 PLN (approx. 50 EUR)

Students may choose between staying in a dormitory or renting private accommodation.

Eligibility

This program is open to ITS students in the following categories:

  • Diploma and Undergraduate (S1) students from Batch 2023 and 2024

  • Master’s (S2) students who have completed at least one semester

Students may choose courses from up to two different faculties, but the majority must be related to their major field of study.
Previously completed courses at ITS cannot be retaken at AMU.
Courses must be selected from the Fall Semester only.

Required Documents

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  2. One-page Study Plan (font: Times New Roman 12; margin: 3-3-3-3). Mention the intended department at AMU

  3. Official Academic Transcript in English (minimum GPA: 2.75)

  4. Student ID or Certificate of Enrollment

  5. Passport information page (valid for at least one year)

  6. English Proficiency Certificate (original copy)

    • TOEFL ITP/EFL from UPT Bahasa (min. 530)

    • IELTS (min. 6.5)

    • TOEFL iBT (min. 75)

    • Duolingo (min. 100)

    • CEFR B2 equivalent
      Note: Screenshots or prediction results are not accepted.

  7. Statement Letter and Learning Agreement

  8. Passport-size photo that meets Schengen/Poland visa requirements (check embassy website)

  9. GCW Non-Degree Certificate with minimum grade C, or GCW Non-Degree test result of at least 80

    • S2 applicants may submit an R2SEP certificate instead

  10. Parent Support Letter (in Bahasa Indonesia) confirming full financial and mental support for participation in the program (no specific format required)

Incomplete applications will not be processed.
