Providence University (PU), Taiwan, proudly presents its INTENSE (International Industry-Academia Collaboration) Master’s Programs, fully taught in English.
These programs are designed to train future professionals by combining academic excellence with direct collaboration from leading Taiwanese industries.
We invite international students to apply for the 2026 Spring Intake and gain both advanced academic training and practical enterprise experience in Taiwan.
PU offers two distinctive INTENSE Master’s Programs:
International INTENSE Program in the College of Science
Focus: Science and Chemistry
Duration: 1.5 years coursework + 0.5 year industry internship
International INTENSE Program in Food Industry and Artificial Intelligence
Focus: Food and Nutrition
Duration: 1 year coursework + 1 year industry internship
Industry-Driven Curriculum – courses are designed with industry input.
Enterprise Involvement – companies co-teach, guide talent selection, and provide internships.
Career-Oriented Training – practical skills that directly enhance employability in Taiwan and abroad.
Eligible students may receive:
Airfare subsidy (up to NTD 9,000) and arrival expenses (up to NTD 10,000)
Tuition and miscellaneous fee coverage for up to 2 years (max. NTD 50,000 per semester)
Monthly living allowance of NTD 10,000 for up to 2 years, sponsored by enterprises
Note: Scholarship recipients are required to work in Taiwan for 2 years after graduation.

Review & Interview: October 16 – November 15, 2025
Notification of Qualified Applicants: December 1, 2025
Official Admission & Scholarship Results: January 26, 2026
Semester Start Date: February 24, 2026
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
English proficiency: CEFR B2 (TOEFL ITP 550, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700, or equivalent)
Chinese language: Students must study Chinese and pass TOCFL A2 (Listening & Reading) by the 2nd year
