Program Details

Fall Semester: 09th March-approx. 27th June 2026, with the possibility to extend.
Language of instruction: English (course list available here).
Course Load: 18-30 ECTS per semester (adjustments upon request).

Financial Considerations

Estimated living expenses: Minimum €1,000 per month.
Accommodation: Private housing available from €500 per month (students must secure housing before arrival; no dormitory available). More options can be found through DualHome | Lörrach.
Financial Support: Limited support is available for international exchange students through the Baden-Wuerttemberg Stipendium.
- Note: No financial support is provided for virtual mobilities.

Eligibility

ITS Students (S1 Batch 2023, and all S2 batches)
S1 Students must take and transfer the maximum credit opportunity.

- Must be signed by the Head of Department/Academic Coordinator
- Leave the Institutional Coordinator section blank
Official Academic Transcript (English version)
Valid English Proficiency Certificate (Minimum B2 level according to CEFR)
1 formal photo
Copy of passport
Copy of student ID
Certificate of enrollment
Recommendation Letter (from an academic advisor)
Scanned Valid Passport (valid for at least 1 year from September 2025)

GCW Certificate (Non-Degree min. C / IUP Basic / IUP Advanced)
- S2 students can replace this with an R2SEP certificate
Scanned Parent’s Support Letter
- Must be signed by parents, confirming their awareness and financial support for the program.
