Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Intake Spring Semester (March 2023 – July 2023) is open. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, accommodations and living expenses in Malaysia including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees & Insurance.

Please note that ITS Students must take and transfer maximum credit transfer opportunity (for Diploma & S1)

This program open for ITS students with criteria below :

– Diploma & S1 batch 2020 and 2021

– Have a good english skill (oral & written)

Here are the documents that you need to prepare to join this program:

Application Form
A copy of passport (with validity of more than 12 months starting from the program intake)
Learning agreement, For UMP version, you may use this version –> UMP Learning Agreement & please download ITS version from this page http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange .
An Official Academic Transcript in English version
A certificate of Latest English Proficiency Test ( You can use TOEFL/TEFL/EFL UPT Bahasa with minimum Score is 477, or IBT/IELTS who equal with TOEFL 477, you may also submit Duo Linggo certificate with minimum 90 points)
One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
Scan of your ID Students
Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80

We will not process the incomplete documents or late submission. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to bring it during interview

For ITS Students who are interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents to Mr. Ade at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_UMP_Name_NRP maximum on 7 Nov 2022 (13.00 WIB). The interview will be held by online on 9 Nov 2022.
