🎓 Eligible field of study in ITS: Business Management, Development Studies, Industrial and System Engineering

-ITS undergraduate students Batch 2023
-Students must be nominated by ITS

  • September 9, 2025 |  (upon invitation)

📑 Application Requirements

Applicants must prepare the following documents:

  • Motivation Letter (max. 2 pages)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Europass format
  • Official Academic Transcript in English
  • Passport Copy – information page, valid for at least 18 months
  • English Proficiency Certificate (choose one):
    IELTS ≥ 6.5
    TOEFL ITP ≥ 500
    EFL from UPT Bahasa ITS only: EFL results from other institutions will not be accepted
  • Recommendation Letter from 1 lecturer
  • Learning Agreement – ITS Form (download [here])
  • Statement Letter from Head/Secretary/Head of Study Program of Department – ITS Form (download [here])
  • GCW Certification
  • Parent’s Support Letter – must be signed by your parents, stating a) awareness of this program and b) agreement to support financial and other needs if you are accepted

  1. Prepare all required documents (see checklist above).
    • Save them as PDF files.
    • Combine all documents into one .zip or .rar file

  2. Submit your application through the online form: https://its.id/studyabroadITS
