📑 Application Requirements

Applicants must prepare the following documents:

Motivation Letter (max. 2 pages)
Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Europass format
Official Academic Transcript in English
Passport Copy – information page, valid for at least 18 months
English Proficiency Certificate (choose one):
IELTS ≥ 6.5
TOEFL ITP ≥ 500
EFL from UPT Bahasa ITS only: EFL results from other institutions will not be accepted
Recommendation Letter from 1 lecturer
Learning Agreement – ITS Form (download [here])
Statement Letter from Head/Secretary/Head of Study Program of Department – ITS Form (download [here])
GCW Certification
Parent’s Support Letter – must be signed by your parents, stating a) awareness of this program and b) agreement to support financial and other needs if you are accepted
